Red Tree Real Estate

I moved to Boston in 2016 and landed an internship at a young real estate company called Red Tree Real Estate. Within a year, I was promoted to Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator and was allowed to help shape the companies branding. The incredible amount of creative freedom I had, and the wide variety of projects I was given, allowed me to test my design abilities and take the companies branding to the next level. Below is a sample of some notable projects I worked on during my time there.

Marketing Booklet

This brochure was designed to be used as a tool for clients to learn about the company and the many services that they provide.

Custom Icons

I created custom icons to be used when advertising properties in listing brochures, online ads, and emails. These icons are a great way for viewers to easily digest vital information on property advertisements that are normally very text-heavy.

Postcards

I created postcards that were targeted for specific neighborhoods in and around Boston.

General Information Brochures

These brochures were designed as a cheaper alternative to the marketing booklet that was created. These brochures were displayed in the front of the office, given away at off-campus college housing events, and passed around to local businesses.

Social Media Images

I created a variety of social media posts on multiple platforms. Posts ranged from advertising listings and programs to celebrating holidays, milestones, and anniversaries. The selection of images below are all from Red Tree's Instagram page.
